Am a full tym employee and work in Colorado. Now am moving to Houston, and allowed to work remotely from there. My employer filed new LCA for the new location where the date starts from March 5th 2013. Employer also applied for H1B amendment and does not want me to move to Houston till i get the approved amendment.
Can i start working in Houston since the amendment is filed or Do i need to wait till the Amendment gets approved?
