EAD for H4

Hi All,

I heard that USCIS was passed the bill for EAD for H4, that is good news for H4's, can anyone please provide information on this?

EAD for H4

I am not sure about authenticity of this news however even if it is passed, this law will not apply for all h4, only for those whose spouse have I- 140 approved and waiting for PD , and also their H1 should have exhausted 6 year.

This is my understanding about this.
