I have a question. I worked with a company(desi consultancy). When i was working with them we mutually agreed(No written agreement) that the employer would pay me 80:20. But later on he just gave me a fixed salary storing the rest of the amount saying he would give me later. After few months i asked him about that amount and he said the vendor in between didn't actually pay him but still he was very generous in giving me even that salary. Now i quit that company and working in other company. And i sent an email to employer asking for that money and he not even answering my calls. How should i sort it out? What should i do next? Do you think contacting any lawyer would be good in this situation or do i have to forget that amount? Please help..
