    Regarding H1B Transfer

    Hi,
    I have H1B for 3 years with my current employer "A". My new employer "B" is not ready to transfer the visa. However if I join the new employer and visa is not transferred then my visa will expire ? Or i can transfer my visa after 2 years with a new employer "C" ? Is visa transfer allowed after this much time?

    You are exempt from annual cap for 6 years. The new employer can file a cap-exempt petition during the next 6 years.
