    whether NEW H1B or Transfer

    Hi,
    I'm curently in H4 in USA. I had an H1b petition approved but it expired in oct 2012. I have never worked on that previous H1B.

    Do i need to apply a new H1B or I can file a transfer to new company ?

    Will I be considered in the H1B Quota OR I can File new H1B at any time ??
