Applying for H1b after deniel of L1b petition(not visa)

hi All,

My B1 visa got rejected on May,2011.

On feb 7,2013 I received L1b petition denial notice (not visa) saying 'not specialized'.

Now my current employer is trying for H1B immediiately.

Will there be any impact on my h1b application, given the background?
