Hi,
I am having a approved H1 petetion from 2008. I did not actually go either for stamping or travel to US on H1 because of recession.
But I travelled to US on L1 in the last 3 years.
I would like to know whether I can use the 2008 H1 petetion in this year to go for stamping without applying new one in 2013 quota.
Please give me your suggesion about the best option of 1) Activate the 2008 petetion 2) Get process new H1 for 2013
