    Query on H4 to H1

    My wife did here BSc (BioTechnology) and MBA (HR) in India. She came to US on H4. I have been contacting few consultants for filing her H1 and most of them are saying it is not possible to file a H1 with non-IT degree.

    1 : Is that really an issue?
    2 : If yes, what are the alternatives for her to get an H1?
