H4 visa revalidation

Hello,

I am currently on H1-B visa and my wife is on H-4. Both our visas have expired (on the passport) and we both have our visa extension approval. My wife is travelling to india and she will be getting her H4 revalidated in mumbai. Can she get her visa revalidated without my (H1-B) visa being revalidated, or do I have to get my visa revalidated and provide her a photocopy for her visa revalidation.

Hi,
Your wife can get her passport stamped with H4 even if you do not have your passport stamped for the corresponding H1. She has to take all the relevant papers of the H1, for the interview.
