    H1 approved but NOT yet stamped--have to travel to US on H4

    Case: H1 applied for India and it is approved but NOT yet stamped, could you please clarify the following queries?
    a)Can applicant travel to US with H4?
    b)If applicant travels with H4 will it impact approved H1?
    c)Can applicant apply for COS from H4 to approved H1?
