Great to be here in this forum. Need help on a question.
I had my first H1B in 2007 and worked during 2008 & 2009, now I went for cap exempt H1B filing...do I need to take OFC appointment because I saw it is needed for first time applications? Or is it for someone who took already after sep 2012?
Also can I take OFC appointment in one location and consulate appointment in another location? Is there going to be any issues if I do so?
