I am syrian i came to US under B1\B2 visa and have been granted for TPS expired on SEP30, 2013 i never been out of status as before my expiration date of my 06 month stay as a vistor on Apr10, 2012 i apply for TPS and i have been granted for the TPS on SEP13, 2012 My question is: Am i elegible to apply for H1B ?
