Hi,
Currently I am trying to transfer my H1B to different employer, but I have a concern.
The only petition(I-797A) filed by my employer from 02/03/2010 to 11/14/2012,
but I got the visa from 25MAY2010 to 14NOV2013 . And my I-94 is expired on 4nov2013.
Is there any problem while transferring visa, please suggest.
