Hi,
I have a valid L1 visa till November 2013 and going for H1B visa stamping in september 2013. If my H1 B is approved in April 2013, can I be able to return to states on L1B in october 2013 if my H1B visa is denied. L1B and H1B are with same company. H1B would be applied with no change of status from L1B to H1B.
