Changing from H4 to H1

Hi everyone,

I have been in the US since the past 6 months. I have completed my grad and post grad in the UK. I would now like to change my status from H4 to H1. I have no prior work exp.

The options right ahead of me are changing to F1 and gradually to H1.

Apart from this, do we have any other options?

Do you have a job? Your employer will file H1 for you. H4 to H1 is certainly possible.
