    multiple H1B with different employers

    1. Can I apply multiple H1B's with two different employers (my current employer and employer 'B'). Is it legal?
    2. Do I need to inform both the employers about each other. Is there any way my current employer will come to know that I have also filed H1B with Company 'B'.
    3. I have not signed any contract/offer letter with Company B. If my visa is approved can company 'B' force me to work with them. Can they sue me for the damages happened because I didn't join them.
