    H1 application recvd before time

    I am currently in US on an L1. i filed for a H1 visa, and the application was delivered to the USCIS on 30th march (a saturday), instead of 1st April. I want to know what happens to applications received before 4/1. are they considered?

    Please advise!!!

    It may not be considered. Your company's lawyer should have known better.

      My understanding is that they are not considered. USCIS accepts applications only from April 1st 2013.

        They sent it out on friday, with delivery marked as 1st. USPS delivered it early.
