Duplicate petition

All,

My extension approval document undelivered due to address issue. My petitioner called up USCIS 2-3 times and corrected the address but everytime they just logged the complain but havent resent the document.

Finally, today USCIS asked my employer to apply for duplicate notice so employer applied for duplicate notice.

Does anyone faced this issue. Bad thing is I even did not get acknowledgement notice. How many days it take to get the duplicate document.

I am planning to travel to India. Please help me.

One cannot predict how long it will take to get the duplicate notice. It can take 2 to 3 months. You will not be able to return from abroad (or apply for Visa) without the approval ntoice.
