Reg H1B cancelation

Hi All,

Company A has provided me H1B having validity up to 2014.
Now I resigned form A so as per company policy they have taken original petition of H1B.They going to cancel the petition. I didn’t travel to US.

Please confirm will my VISA is valid and can I use this visa for other company with new petition.

Keep a copy of the approval notice with you. You will be cap-exempt for 6 years and another company can file a cap-exempt petition for you.
If you have a Visa in your passport, you can use that with the new company's petition to travel to US. (Until the Visa expires).
