I am currently a Masters student in a University in USA. I got and offer from company A and they have already filed my H1B application on April 1 and is pending. Now, I got an offer from company B. Company B is an ideal fit for me.
Can I now reject company A having signed the offer letter and they having filed the H1B application? Is this legal/possible?
Please let me know. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
