Travelling out of country when H1 is under process

Hi,

I am currently on H4 visa with validity until Jan 2016. I have applied for H1b this year in April. I will have to travel out of country for few days during June or July.
Can you plz let me know if I can travel and come back before H1b is approved?

Your I94 will change and Travelling while COS is in progress is highly un-advisable.
