Inhouse petition and now need to work at client side

Hi,

If H1 stamped on inhouse petition and now need to work @ client side, do we need to change only LCA or petition also needs to be amended.

Also my wife will be coming to US on H4 (Visa is already stamped). Can she come over without changing LCA / petition at new location than mentioned in Petition?

Your employer must file a new LCA and then amend the petition for the new work location. Your wife can travel with the current Visa and petition.

Does that mean my wife can travel even though the petition is not amended yet ... Can she directly come to new location?
