Has anyone filed for H1-B 2013 in Regular Process and received updates if their petition has been accepted for lottery?
Also is there any tracker for the same.

i also have applied for H1B for fy2014 in regular process and received my receipt number on 26 apr 2013, and i think our petitioner will be notified first regarding "whether our application is picked in lottery or not"
so, i think it is better to contact your respective employer/petitioner regarding this

Anyone got a lottery update before receiving receipt number? When employer can receive an update whether case was selected or not in lottery.
