Hi,
I have applied for H1 Visa in 2008 which got expired in 2011. I never travelled to US during that interval. Now i am looking to transfer as well as renew with some other organization. Will i be still eligible for 6 years duration (3+3) or only for 3 years i can apply now and later no extension is possible ? . Please confirm.
