Can H1 visa holder apply for H4 Visa?
Hello,
Me and My husband have H1 Visa sponsored by our respective companies. Now I am going to US on my H1, howevr my husband has not any opportunity in the same area throough his company.
Now we are planning to apply for his H4 depedent visa on my H1. Will that lead to cancellation of his H1?
What other options we do have if he wants to accompany me to US?
