LCA Amendment on approved H1B petition.
I am working for employer X and having approved H1B petition, when recieved my LCA copy got to know that they have mentioned incorrect SOC title, which caused difference in salary offered.
When updated them, they proceed for LCA amendment with new SOC title.
Current situation:
a) H1B petition is approved
b)Company is same
c) Client is same.
d) Job duties is same.
e) Client location is same.
So only LCA amendment will work for me or not, if yes then just with new LCA copy can i attend interview in consulate or my company need to update USCIS before arrnaging interview with consulate in my country.
My concern is if LCA amendment is fine in my case then how USCIS will be updated with amedment in LCA.
