Do I need to go for stamping again

I hold a stamped h1b on passport. Now if I come back to India and dont work for a year. After a year an american employer wants to file cap exempt petition . Do I need to go for new stamping to work for new employer ? For what period pay stub I should show to uscis ??

As long as your visa is still valid, you won't need restamping. A visa is nothing more than permission to seek admission in a certain alien classification.
