Hi All,
I am currently on L1B I-94 extension. Extension is going to expire in Nov 2014 .It is filled by my current employer say employer A. I got another employer say Employer B who filled for my H1B visa in 2013 cap and as of now it is got accepted by USCSIS. I am planning to go to India in Nov 2013 for vacation. My queries are :-
1. Will my L1 B be still valid after I get an approved H1B petition?
2. As I don't have any stamped visa I have to get the stamping done when I go for vacation in Nov 2013.Can I get my L1B stamped in Nov 2013 (vacation time) and come back and continue to work for my current employer (Employer A)?
3. Will my H1B be void after L1B stamping in Nov 2013?
4. Can I file for COS from L1B to H1B in Dec 2013 or later after coming back from vacations?
