does anyone has any info about h1b revoke. My husband's h1 was revoked while he was in project. It was not even intimated to him. We received an email . That's it. We immediately applied for transfer. My question is if the h1b gets approved do we still have to Canada
or India for I-94? He has his pay stubs
What if the I-94 does'nt get stamped? Shud we be prepared to sell off everything and be prepared to go.? We are in our 6th year of h1b. Can anyone help with valuable info?
