H1b for less experienced

Hi all,

I completed Bachelor of engineering in computer science in 2012.I joined to a top MNC in august 2012.I aplied to H1B 2014 .I got selected in lottery.My client has no problem with me. So , my questions are,

1) what are my chances of accepting visa with this much of experience(nearly one year)?

2) Do you have any instances where in freshers or less experienced got h1b?

Please reply me,I am scared about this....

Experience does not play a role since you have a 4 year Bachelor's degree, unless your job requires experience on top of bachelor's degree.
