Daughter's surname and mother surname different

Hi,

I have to apply for my wife and daughter's dependent visa (I have H1 B). My wife's surname was not changed post marriage. Now for my daughter's surname is same as mine.

will it be a problem if I apply for visa?

My surname is TZZZ
My wife's surname is NZZZ
My daughter's surname is TZZZ
My daughter's birth certificate is also registered with above details.

My passport and my wife's passport has spouse name included correctly.

please advise if this will be a problem.

That's fine. Your spouse and child can apply for their Visas.
