Do I need to go for new H1 stamping?

Hi,

I am having a valid H1 stamped on my passport. Last year I got my H1 tramsfered in other co's name.
Stampped visa is of my previuos co.

Qs: I am planning to visit India during Diwali...do I need or have to get new visa stamped on my passport or it is ok to travel on old visa?

Any suggestion previuos experience on the subject matter is welcome.

Hi.
All the consulates will suggest that you get your new tranferred H1b stamped. You can however travel on your old H1b without any hassle, but in case you happen to file for H4s in the future, this travel on old H1b might be questioned.
