H1 RFE--reopen issue
I got an RFE yesterday, which requested additional evidences to prove other employees in the same position hold at least bachelor's degree. My co-worker applied the same H1B this year and got approval already. Thus, I asked her for a copy of her degree since our applications are similar in aspects of position and duties. However, she has concern that it might make USICS reopen her case for reconsideration.
My question is that whether there is a high possibility for USCIS to reopen her case? I only needs her degree for evidence. After searching cases online, I found USICS usually reopens case for H1 transfer or extension or other cases with reasonable doubts for inaccurate information and fraud.
