H4 visa: Where to go?

Hi,

I had my H1B stamping from mumbai.
I am getting married to a chennai girl.
Now which consulate does she need to go - Chennai or Mumbai?

Does anybody had such an experience before?

The consulate is generally decided based on your normal residence in India.
