    H4 visa for New born Baby in India

    I and my wife both have our valid visa (H1 and H4) and we have to apply for H4 visa for our new born baby in India now. My wife is in India now and I am in USA. Do we have to take my kid to the US consulate office in Mumbai for my baby's H4 stamping? Is there any way we could get his visa without we taking him to the consulate in Mumbai?
    Please let me know so that I can plan accordingly

    Persons under 14 are not required to have an interview. Just follow the application process.
