In my passport ,it is printed my given name in place of surname.
Actually i dont have any surname.I got H1 papers.How can i fill DS-15,
Will it be a problem if i wont mention first name at all.
Or otherwise i make correction in passport.Will it be a problem if a person has only first name and dont have surname.

Hi,
You should get your passport corrected. The name in the visa will be according to the passport. In your case otherwise "FNU" will be in the passport, which denotes First Name Unknown. This will create other problems for you in the long run. Even if you fill the DS 156 correctly, the discrepancy will be noted by the consular officer and he will redirect you to get the passport corrected.
