H1B transfer/Extension query
Hi,
Im on H1B , currently employed with company A and looking to transfer it to company B.
My visa is getting expired in Aug 2013
Questions:
- Is there a min time before my visa expiry , by which company B should initiate transfer , through premium processing
- Is it ok if Company A files an extension of my H1B while Company B initiates a transfer
- If i need to join company C after i join Company B, do i need to submit atleast 3 pay stubs from B, or will it suffice 2 pay stubs from A and 1 from B( because im not planning to be in B for long)
