H1b transfer without visa stampig

Hi,

I have a approved and valid H1B petition and working in India. But due to lack of onsite positions my company is not willing to further process my Visa Stamping. So i would like to apply for a H1 transfer to another company. I have a valid B2 visitor visa. So can i go to the US, search for a job and then transfer to H1B if i find a job. What are the risks involved if i follow this process? Any suggestion would be of great help.

You can't do that.

That would be considered misuse of tourist visa as your intention to enter the US is not tourist.
