H-1b for two separate jobs

I have a friend here in the US that works under an H-1b for a company now.
I would like this person to also work for me part time. Can he work under the current H-1b for both jobs?oth jobs

If no, what needs to be done to have him work both jobs?

your friend cannot work for you if he/she is on an H1B for another company.
you would have to file a separate H1B for your friend and of course a separate pay roll has to be generated as well.
your friend can hold 2 H1B's at the same time.
