Hi All,
I have filed for H1B extension on March-6-2013 under normal process and till now there is no updates. So, on June-10-2013 my employer called USCIS to check the status and today we got the below response from USCIS.

The status of this service request is:
On June 10, 2013, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your
I-129 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal
processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has
been or may be resolved.
Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we
are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of
your petition/application.

Questions:
1. What does this "Your petition/application is still pending consideration" status means?
2. Its been already 90+ days that my application has been filed. Can we consider updating it to premium process?
Pls share your thoughts or experience if someone faced this kind of situation.
