Rfe response - h1b 2014 quota

I am currently on H4 and had applied for H1B in 2014 quota. I was lucky to be selected in the lottery. I have got a RFE now and have been requested to submit a client letter. My vendor who applied for H1B is not in a position to provide Client Letter. As my H1B will start only on 1st oct 2013 no company will entertain me in interview now. What are my options to get a client letter and respond to RFE ?

Not many. You cant create a **** client leter. Provide what ever the vendor can provide and hope for the best. I personally think it would be better to start looking for another company as a back up in case your petition gets rejected.
