I have payslips from my employer, do i need to bring bank statements too for the interview ?
Will the consulate people verify the bank statements with the banks ?

Well they generally dont verify, but if your employer was paying you salary wasnt it paid into the bank? What are you exactly worried about?

Not like that, my salary is 40k, but my employer generating payslips for 25k only, but in banks its depositing 40k every month.
To decrease TAX my employer is doing like that.

What i have to do now ? please suggest on my damn situation.
