Hi,
I am with Employer A and have valid visa till Sep 2014 (which is the 6th year of my H1B). I have I 140 petition approved from Employer A.
I have an offer from employer B.
1) If I transfer my VISA, will I get extension for three more years or just till Sep 2014?
2) In case I get extension for three years using my current I-140, do I need to provide Employer B with a copy of current I140?? (Because employer A won't provide me the copy of I140).
