H1B transfer to new employeee

Recently my H1B got transferred to my new employer from my previous employer and the petition got approved also. My previous visa validity was till February and while doing the transfer the validity changed to June. I am planning to go to India on September. Do I need to stamp the visa again with the new employer name while coming back or can I enter into US with the old visa and new I-797 form? Please advise me...
