Transfering H1

Hi Guys,
My Employer (A) ran 100 hrs more on my payroll, but i want to transfer my H1 to other company (B),
Is there any problem with my previous Employer (A) after transferring H1B.
Please let me know the scenarios.....

Not sure if I understand your question.
Will there be any problem for you, after you transfer your H1? - No, there won't be any problem.
100hrs or 200hrs, it really don't matter. Once you transfer your H1 and start your payroll with your new employer, your previous H1b will be voided.
