H1 revalidation stamping

I came to US in Jul 02 in L1. I changed job in Sep 02 on a new H1. Now I have changed my job again. Current H1 is valid till '07 & it is thro' an American compnay who do not have an office in India. I belong to Chennai & my address in passport is a Chennai address. I need to go to India in Dec/Jan & I don't have a Appointment available in Chennai till Feb. I see that Delhi has appoinments. My sister in law lives in Delhi. Can I book an Appointment in Delhi & give her address for them to send my PP?

This is very very urgent & I would appreciate an early answer.

Hi,
Since you are a returning worker, you will qualify for an emergency appointment so that the waiting times do not affect your employment. Just go through making an appointment at the Chennai Consulate and in the penultimate step you will have to answer some questions and you will certainly be given an emergency appointment.
