221g - status Updated date changed twice in ceac.state.gov website

Attended H1b interview in Chennai on 07 Jan 2013. Issues 221g white.

Case creation date - 04 Jan 2013
Status updated date - 07 Jan 2013
Status: AP

Submitted docs on 31 Jan 2013. received another 221g(with same case num) on 11 MAR 2013 and returned previously submitted documents to me. Submitted docs for 2nd 221g on 14th JUN 2013.

1st time change in Status Updated date - changed to 01 JUL 2013
2nd time change in Status Updated Date- changed to 12 JUL 2013.

Actual status remains AP only.
getting really anxious. any help/advise will be greatly appreciated.

I stayed in US - F1 visa from 2008 to Feb 2011. H1b stamping rejected in Apr 2011 in chennai. New employer filed another petition (transfer) in Nov 2012. last week i came to know that USCIS did my client verification.
