H1 visa extension still not recieved and current h1 expire

Hi All,

My current H1 got expired in Apr 30, 2013. I have filled for H1 extension in Dec, 2012 but it is still showing in Initial state.
What are my option.
Can I stay here till i dont get update on my H1 extension since my Visa and I-94 both are expired by Apr 30, 2013.

Please help me

You can stay and work for up to 240 days after I-94 expiry since the extension is timely filed.

However, December to July is really long time. Did your employer receive any RFE? Did they respond to that? They should give USCIS a call to inquire about it. Upgrading to premium is also an option.

I checked with my company and they hvnt recieved any RFE yet

I will check with them again to call USCIS
