Hi,
I came to US on 30th March,2013 on H4. My H1B petition was approved on 16th July,2013 but my H4 is expiring on 30th July so I applied for extension well before and is currently in process.
Since I have H1 approved now...Can I withdraw H4 now. If yes, what will be my status from 30th July to 1st October,2013. If i cannot withdraw H4..what are my options to retain H1 status.
