    H1B renewal

    Hi,

    My visa got expired on Apr and my I94 is getting expired on Sep 30.

    I have filed for extension on may 8th . It has been more than 2 months and it is still in initial review status.

    I have decided to upgrade for premium processing and try my luck.Is it a good decision?
